Japanese restaurant “AKA” (AKA) started its business on February 19th, 2007, with the first branch located at the department store Central World Plaza. The name “Aka” means “red” in Japanese, which represents not only their passion for cooking but is also a symbol of the flame from the stove used in cooking.

Together, they have over two decades of experience in Thailand’s Japanese food industry. The company operates under the slogan “PASSION FOR GRILL” and its mission is “We will strive to be the best source of raw materials from all over the world, allowing customers to continue to make the most delicious YAKINIKU”.
